This blog is bedicated to the ABAC Self Defence Club and its members. ASDC as found in Nov 2005 by Rensai Dr.Tom and Sensai Dr.Mac. Rensai Dr.Tom is the chief instructor of the club with more than 30 years of experience in ju-jitsu and other (karate, Tai chi etc) martial arts. He had done this training in UK under Sokai Moris (10 Dan, the top most man in ju-jitsu and karate).
The club have as its members students from other forms of martial arts as well as fresh beginers. We are often wisited by famous martial artists from round the world and are given lectures. This makes the club and its members rich in experience.
